基于中医辅助传承系统的治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎藏药方剂组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的：应用中医传承辅助平台,分析和总结藏医药治疗病慢性萎缩性胃炎方剂的组方用药规律,为临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提供参考依据。方法：收集2015年1月—2016年9月在青海省藏医院住院治疗或门诊就诊治疗的115名患者（原方剂频数达690首,剔除重复后70首）的治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎处方,运用中医传承辅助平台建立方剂数据库,并应用中医传承辅助平台中集成的数据挖掘方法,分析方剂中藏药频次、关联规则、核心组合、新方分析。结果：对数据库慢性萎缩性胃炎70条方剂进行分析,得出药物用药频次,以培根增盛引起的＂三火＂功能失衡所致慢性萎缩性胃炎药频数较高,主要的关联规则为六味木香散和六味寒水石散,设置相关度4,惩罚度为4,发现核心药物组合8个,挖掘出新处方共4个。结论：通过中医传承辅助平台可对慢性萎缩性胃炎方剂数据进行分析,明确了藏医治疗该病的用药规律,其组方以胃的血气畅通、调节胃＂三火＂失衡、健胃生火、抗炎消炎为主,为进一步规范藏医治疗萎缩性胃炎提供新的科学依据,为其新药开发提供了新的思路。Objective： The purpose of this study was to explore the composing principles of the prescriptions for chronic altrophic gastritis（CAG）,analyze the characteristics of drug usage and provide the evidence for clinical research. Methods： We collected 115 patients＇ prescriptions for treating CAG from January of 2015 to September of 2016 at Qinghai Provincial Tibetan Hospital,and analyzed the frequency of drug,association rules,core and new potential formulae by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System. Results： The composing principles were extracted based on the analyses of 70 cases of prescriptions by using TCM inheritance system. The frenquency of herbs were analyzed. The main association rule was Maxing Liuwei Muxiang Powder. There were 8 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions extracted. Conclusion： The complex composing principles of prescriptions for CAG collected in 115 patients＇ prescriptions have been clarified by TCM inheritance system,providing the scientific evidence for further standardization of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of CAG. It also provides a new way of thinking to creating new Tibetan medical formulea.
