《素问》水俞五十七刺处方思路探析

摘　　要：《素问·水热穴论》＂水俞五十七穴＂是《黄帝内经》重要的针灸成方之一。古代大多数医家多从注释的角度进行整理,而对处方蕴含的深层次中医思路则涉及较少。文章试从肺与膀胱理论、肾为胃之关以及腧穴的分布特点三方面来分析水俞五十七的处方思路。笔者认为其构思巧妙,配伍精当,对于临床水肿类疾病的防治具有重要指导意义,应进行进一步的临床研究和推广应用。Shuishu fifty-seven points in Plain Questions is one of the important acupuncture prescriptions in Huangdi Neijing（Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Internal Classic）. Most of the ancient physicians explained from the perspective of collation and annotation and did not deeply study the implication of the Chinese medicine prescription. This paper from the lung and bladder,kidney and stomach theory as well as the distribution characteristics of acupoints analyzed Shuishu fifty-seven points acupunture prescriptions. The author thinks its ingenious design and precise matching have an important guiding significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of edema disease. The clinical studies should be conducted and further applied.
