摘  要:教育扶贫的根本是智力扶贫和能力扶贫,是面向未来的生产性投资。作为脱贫攻坚治本之策的教育扶贫,能有效阻断贫困的代际传递,助力贫困地区整体脱贫。打赢"十三五"脱贫攻坚战,需要加快实施教育扶贫攻坚工程,全面推进贫困地区义务教育均衡发展、加强中等职业教育建设,进一步完善教育扶贫机制,确保教育扶贫取得实效。The education and poverty alleviation is in essence some intellectual and capable poverty alleviation as well as a productive investment for the future. As a poverty-relief program, it can effectively block the intergenerational inheritance of poverty and help the whole poverty-stricken areas shake off poverty. To win the battle to overcome the poverty of "the 13th five-year plan" ,we have to quicken up the steps to realize the program of education and poverty alleviation, promote a balanced development of compulsory education, strengthen secondary vocational education, complete the mechanism of shaking off poverty through education, and make sure that real effect will be got in education and poverty alleviation.
