内蒙古自治区城镇土地经济密度的区域差异及其收敛性分析

摘　　要：以城镇土地经济密度为研究对象,采用变异系数、基尼系数及泰尔指数等模型分析了内蒙古12个盟市2004—2014年城镇土地经济密度的区域差异及其收敛特征。研究表明:1)内蒙古城镇土地经济密度的区域差异显著。总体上看,各盟市城镇土地经济密度呈不断上升趋势,但是盟市间差异明显;2)内蒙古城镇土地经济密度总差异呈现上下波动略有降低的趋势,其中内蒙古自治区(以下简称内蒙古)中、西部地区城镇土地经济密度呈逐步缩减趋势,东部地区较为稳定,内部差异是导致全区总体差异变化的重要原因;3)研究期间,内蒙古城镇土地经济密度σ收敛在短时期内呈发散趋势,β收敛呈现长期缓慢收敛趋势,其收敛速率仅为0.24%,半生命周期长达291.48年;从区域收敛稳健性上看,内蒙古收敛稳健值为0.238 7,并呈现西部>东部>中部的地带性演变特征,这意味着内蒙古各盟市城镇土地经济密度的收敛需要经历相当长的时间考验。The economic density of urban land was taken as the research object in this study.The coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Theil index convergence characteristics trend of the economic density of regional differences in 2004-2014 in Inner Mongolia region 12 Union City Urban Land Model were used and the temporal and spatial variation was analyzed.The results show that：1）Inner Mongolia urban land economic density displayed regional differences significantly.Overall,the union city urban land economic density was increased,but in some areas decreased;2）Inner Mongolia urban land economic density difference fluctuated and slightly decreased.Index decomposition showed that the central and western regions gradually reduced.The eastern region was relatively stable,regional differences in group was the leading source of the overall difference;3）During the study period,Inner Mongolia urban land economic density convergence showed divergent trends in a short period of time.Its convergence showed long slow convergence characteristics,the convergence rate was only 0.24%,and half life cycle 291.48 years.From the perspective of Inner Mongolia regional convergence robustness,robust convergence value was 0.238 7,and presented the western zone of the middle.The evolution characteristics of the Eastern indicated that the urban land economic density in cities in Inner Mongolia to converge to a higher level of development should be through a long time test.
