摘　　要：基于服务创新过程理论和服务模块化理论,采用多案例研究方法,构建了服务模块化视角下金融企业新服务开发过程模型。该模型包括概念开发(需求发现、概念界定)、架构设计(功能匹配、界面定义)、模块设计(模块开发、集成联调)和交付完善(服务引入、服务改进)四个阶段。该过程匹配了现实金融服务开发活动的非正式化和自下而上的特征,有利于混业和跨界背景下基于客户需求开展金融服务开发活动。Based on the service innovation process theory and the service modularization theory,,this paper constructs a new service development model for financial enterprise under perspective of service modularization financial service through the case study,which includes four stages,namely concept development（demand discovery,concept definition）,architecture design（function matching,interface definition）,module design（module development,module integration）and service delivery（service introduction,service improvement）.The model matches the informality and bottom-up features of real-world financial services development activities and facilitates the development of financial services based on customer needs in a mixed and cross-border context.
