摘 要:社会化网络信息资源和工具的飞速发展,为企业网络营销活动带来了巨大的机遇,也催生了企业对网络营销人才的大量需求。目前很多地方高校培养的毕业生能力与企业的实际需求严重脱节,因此实施网络营销课程教学改革势在必行。很多地方高校网络营销课程教学都面临教学投入不足、实践教学效果不理想、免费网络资源利用不足、成绩考核不科学等问题。因此学校要通过加大网络营销教学投入、出台政策鼓励应用免费资源开展实践教学,教师鼓励和引导学生分享实践经验、改革成绩考核模式等措施以解决这些问题。With the fast development of the socialization in the information resource and tools of the Internet,the information resources and tools of the Internet provide more opportunities for the activities of the enterprise network-marketing,and also bring the more requirements of the network marketing talents for companies.At present,many local colleges and universities have many problems that the abilities of the graduates and the demands of companies have been disjointed.According to these issues,it is very necessary to carry out the teaching reform about the network-marketing course.Many local colleges and universities have many general problems such as inadequate teaching,less effect of the practice teaching,the insufficient of the free network resources utilization,not science of the performance appraisal.Therefore,universities should input in education about the network marketing,formulate policies to encourage the practical teaching by using the free resource. On the other hands,the teachers should encourage and guide students to share the practical experiences and innovate the performance assessment model to save these issues.
