摘 要:目的探讨延续护理对2型糖尿病患者自我认知能力与遵医行为的影响。方法 157例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组77例,实验组80例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上进行延续护理,使用自行设计的问卷对患者的遵医行为进行统计,比较两组患者的自我认知能力和遵医行为。结果实验组患者的自我认知能力得分(22.60±0.61)高于对照组(15.61±1.30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷使用二分制进行统计,计算2组患者的遵医行为百分比,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行延续护理可以有效提高患者的自我认知能力和遵医行为。Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing on self-cognition and compliance with type 2 dia-betes patients. Methods 157 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group (77 cases)and experimental group (80 cases). The patients in both control group and experiment group were given routinecare, besides, patients in experiment group were also give continuing nursing. Self-cognition and compliance ofthe two groups were compared. Results The score of self-cognition (22.60±0.61) in experimental group werehigher than those in control group (15. 61±1. 30), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Thecompliance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Continuing nursing could improve self-cognition and compliance in patientswith type 2 diabetes.
