摘  要:以西洋参多糖提取物为胶囊主要填充物,对其辅料、造粒及胶囊制备工艺进行研究。以吸湿性和流动性为考查指标,以糊精为胶囊辅料,药辅比为3∶1,润湿剂为85%乙醇,在该工艺条件下颗粒平均成型率为95.3%,颗粒的堆密度为0.59 g/mL。将制好的多糖湿粒在50℃条件下干燥,环境湿度控制在75%以下,以0号胶囊壳灌装,装料量为0.39 g,可保持胶囊较好的生物活性、粉体流动性和稳定性。In this study,the extracts of Panax quinquefolium L. polysaccharide were used as the main filler of capsule,andthe preparation technology process of the excipient and granule was studied. Base on the hygroscopicity and fluidity of polysaccharidegranule,the optimal granulation process as follows,the ration of the polysaccharide and excipient was 3∶1,85%ethanol as the wetting agent. Under this process,particle average yield was 95.3%. The obtained wet granules,drying byheating 50 ℃,controling environmental humidity below 75%,filling in 0 capsule shell with 0.39 g. Under that condition,the capsule had better bioactivity,powder fluidity and stability.
