摘　　要：通过加强对医院老干部工作的领导,着力抓好老干部思想政治建设,不断强化服务理念,努力提升老干部工作服务管理水平,以彰显老干部工作的价值和作用,体现党和国家对老干部的关心爱护,促进社会的和谐与稳定。Retired cadres are precious wealth of the party and the state. In the new period, doing good work for retired cadres not only represent the careless of our party and state for them, but also promote the social harmony and stability. We emphasis ideological and political work for retired cadres, strengthen the service concept, and enhance the management level in our hospital.
