精神活性物质所致精神障碍患者心肌损伤的相关分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神活性物质所致精神障碍患者心肌损伤的相关因素。方法:研究组治疗前的各项心肌酶谱分别与健康对照组、研究组治疗4周末进行对照研究,并与一般情况进行相关性分析研究。结果:研究组治疗前的AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周末后,研究组的AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH等心肌酶谱均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而且研究组治疗后的AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。相关分析发现,AST与年龄、首次住院年龄、毒品使用年限呈正相关(r_1=0.292,r_2=0.265,r_3=0.285,P<0.05);CK-MB与毒品使用年限呈正相关(r=0.276,P<0.05)。结论:精神活性物质所致精神障碍患者的心肌损伤明显,与年龄、文化程度、住院次数、滥用毒品时间及滥用毒品种类有显著相关。Objective： To investigate the related factors of myocardial injury in patients with mental disorders due to use of psychoactive substances.Methods： The myocardial enzymes of the study group before treatment were compared with the healthy control group and the study group after four weeks of treatment,and analyzing the correlation with general situation.Results： The AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH in the study group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. After four weeks of treatment,the myocardial enzymes of AST,CK,CK-MB LDH and HBDH in the study group were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Moreover,there was no statistically significant difference in AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH compared with the control group（ all P 0. 05）. Correlation analysis showed that the AST was positively related to age,first hospitalization age and drug use years（ r1= 0. 292,r2= 0. 265,r3= 0. 285,P 0. 05）,and CK-MB was positively related to drug use years（ r = 0. 276,P 0. 05）.Conclusion： The myocardial injury in patients with mental disorders due to use of psychoactive substances is obvious,which is significantly related to age,education level,hospitalization times,time of drug abuse and types of drug abuse.
