摘　　要：随着居民对医疗保健要求的提高,患者对于诊疗效果、就诊过程的舒适度和满意度也在不断提高。如何为患者提供高效、快捷、智能的服务,将是医院进一步的目标。介绍了一种基于室内定位导航系统的就医流程改进,将就诊流程各个节点串联起来,为患者提供高效、智能、满意的就诊体验,减少传统模式中的弊端,提升医院和科室满意度,最终促进智慧医院建设。With the improvement of the health care of residents, the requirements like clinical results, comfort and satisfaction are also rising. How to provide patients with efficient, fast, intelligent services is a further goal for all hospitals. This thesis introduces a medical procedure improvement based on the indoor positioning and navigation system, hoping to string up the treatment process of each node. In order that we can provide patients with efficient, intelligent, satisfactory treatment experience, reduce the drawbacks of the traditional model, enhance the hospital and department satisfaction, and ultimately promote the construction of intelligent hospitals.
