摘　　要：高校图书馆采购招标工作带有系统性的特点,为了提升采购招标的效率,在高校建立一个图书供应商优选机制非常必要。图书采购招标中的群决策方法就是对供应商优先排序以及量化处理,能够从各个方面对书商进行评判,避免主观因素的影响。The bidding of university libraries＇ books acquisition is systematic. In order to increase the efficiency of the procurement bidding,it＇s extremely essential to introduce an optimum mechanism for book suppliers. Group decision-making means prioritizing and quantifying book suppliers and it＇s able to assess the book suppliers from various aspects,then avoiding the influence of subjective factors.
