摘　　要：目的:研究日粮中添加不同剂量的半胱胺对草杂鸡腹脂沉积的影响。方法:选用健康1日龄草杂鸡400只,随机分为四组,每组内两个重复,每个重复50只,分别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,Ⅰ组为对照组,不添加半胱胺,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组添加不同剂量的半胱胺,添加剂量分别为50、100、150 mg/kg饲料,分别于2、3、4、5、6周龄每组随机抽取8只草杂鸡称重,屠宰,剥离腹部脂肪称重,记录数据,并计算草杂鸡腹脂累积生长、绝对生长和腹脂率,研究2~6周龄草杂鸡腹脂沉积的变化规律。结果:饲料中添加半胱胺能降低腹脂沉积,在第5周龄时,第Ⅳ组腹脂重最低为4.56 g,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为9.03 g、6.84 g、6.78 g,且差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论 :在饲料中连续添加半胱胺的最适添加量为150 mg/kg饲料。Objective： The effect of cysteamine supplementation on abdomen fat weight was discussed in this essay. Methods： Seclected heath crossing chickens 400 on 1-day-age,divided into 4 groups randomly. Group I was the control group,groups II,III,IV were treatment groups. Each groups have 100 crossing chickens. Cysteamine（ CS） was added at 0,50,100,150 mg/kg in diets separately. Then 8 chickens selected in each group at randomly in 2,3,4,5,6 age in weeks were slaughtered,taked the abdoment fat weight,calculated cumulated growth,absolute growth and abdomen fat rate on abdomen fat weight of crossing chickens. Studies the abdoment fat weight changed rule of chickens on 2-6 age. Results： The ration which have Cysteamine can reduced the Abdoment fat weight in the first five weeks,Group IV abdominal fat weight 4. 56 g of the lowest,I,II and III respectively 9. 03 g,6. 84 g,6. 78 g,difference significantly. Conclusion： The treatment of 150 mg/kg CS was the best one of improving the abdoment fat weight.
