大学生人际关系、心理资本与职业决策困难的关系研究

摘　　要：探讨了大学生人际关系、心理资本与职业决策困难的关系。采取随机抽样的形式,运用人际关系综合诊断量表、积极心理资本问卷和职业决策困难量表对585名大学生进行问卷调查。研究发现:(1)女性大学生的职业决策困难显著高于男性大学生(t=-3.284,P=0.001)。(2)未接受过职业辅导大学生的职业决策困难水平显著高于接受过职业辅导大学生(t=-2.664,P<0.01)。(3)大学生人际关系困扰与心理资本存在显著的负相关(r=-0.34),大学生人际关系困扰与职业决策困难存在显著的正相关(r=0.34),大学生心理资本水平与职业决策困难存在显著的负相关(r=-0.21)。(4)心理资本在大学生人际关系困扰和职业决策困难中存在部分中介效应(11.4%)。因此,应该高度重视大学生人际关系的维护,合理运用心理资本,解决职业决策困难问题。To explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship,psychological capital and career decision-making. 585 college students were surveyed by means of the comprehensive diagnostic scale,positive psychological capital questionnaire and career decision-making difficulty scale. The study shows that：（ 1） female college students have significantly higher career decision-making difficulties than male college students（ t =-3. 284,P = 0. 001）.（ 2） college students who have not received career counseling have significantly higher vocational decision-making difficulties than those who have received vocational guidance（ t =-2. 664,P〈0. 01）.（ 3） the college students＇ interpersonal problems and psychological capital have significant negative correlation（ r= 0. 34）,and career decision-making difficulties of college students＇ interpersonal problems and significant positive correlation（ r = 0. 34）,and career decision-making difficulties of college students＇ psychological capital lev-els and significant negative correlation（ r = 0. 21）.（ 4） psychological capital has some intermediary effect（ 11.4 %） in college students＇ interpersonal relationship and career decision-making difficulties. It is suggested tat we should pay great attention to the maintenance of college students＇ interpersonal relationship,rationally use psychological capital and solve the problem of career decision making.
