康复新液对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者急性放射性口腔炎的防治效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者急性放射性口腔炎的防治效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月于西南医科大学附属医院收治的66例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,根据入院顺序将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,各33例。观察组患者给予康复新液,对照组患者含漱混合液,两组患者放疗时间均为7周。比较两组患者防治效果及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗7周后,观察组患者防治效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后第1~3周,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第4~7周,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液在防治头颈部恶性肿瘤患者急性放射性口腔炎中的效果显著,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of kangfuxin liquid on acute radiation stomatitis of malignant tumor of head and neck patients.Methods A total of 66 cases of malignant tumor of head and neck patients were selected from May 2016 to May 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,33 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group was given kangfuxin liquid,control group was treated with mouthwash,the radiotherapy time of the two groups were 7 weeks.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 weeks of radiotherapy,the clinical effect of observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment of 1-3 weeks,no significant differences of VAS scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after the treatment of 4-7 weeks,the VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid has an exactly clinical effect on acute radiation stomatitis of malignant tumor of head and neck patients,it can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and relieve the degree of pain.
