康复新液治疗口腔鳞癌患者平阳霉素诱导化疗后口腔黏膜炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液治疗口腔鳞癌患者平阳霉素诱导化疗后口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法将106例经平阳霉素诱导化疗后出现口腔黏膜炎的口腔鳞癌患者随机分为试验组(53例)和对照组(53例),试验组给予康复新液含服,对照组给予口服维生素B2和维生素C。根据口腔黏膜炎分级和疼痛程度对两组患者疗效进行对比。结果试验组治疗口腔鳞癌患者平阳霉素诱导化疗导致的口腔黏膜炎疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当口腔鳞癌患者经平阳霉素诱导化疗后出现口腔黏膜炎时,康复新液可有效降低其炎症程度的分级,缓解疼痛,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfu Xinye on treating Pingyangmycin induced-oral mucositis in patients with OSCC. Methods 106 patients with oral mucositis and OSCC were randomly divided into experimental group （53 cases） and control group （53 cases）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Kangfu Xinye. Patients in the control group were treated with vitamin B2 and vitamin C. According to the classification of oral mucositis and the degree of pain, curative effect in the two groups was compared. Results Kangfu Xinye exerted better therapeutic effect on oral mucositis induced by Pingyangmycin chemotherapy in patients with OSCC than vitamin B2 and vitamin C. Conclusion When OSCC patients using pingyangmycin induction chemotherapy had oral mucositis, Kangfu Xinye could effectively reduce the grade of oral mucositis andalleviate pain of patients with Pingyangmycin -induced oral mucositis, so it is worthy of widely clinical application.
