摘 要:为了解决现浇箱梁非梁端预应力筋张拉过程中断丝的问题,采用原因分析法,以宁高城际轨道二期工程现浇箱梁张拉施工为研究对象,从现场施工所用材料、张拉机具、施工方法等方面对断丝产生的位置、断丝的成因进行了系统分析,得出了通长束从顶板穿出的箱梁形式更容易引起断丝的结论,并提出了如何有效防止现浇箱梁非梁端预应力张拉断丝的措施,为其他同类工程提供参考。In order to deal with broken wires in prestressed tension of cast in-place box girder's non girder end, by applying the cause analysis method and taking the construction of cast-in-place box girder in the second stage of Ninggao intercity rail transit project as the object of study, the location and the causes of broken wires were systematically analyzed in aspects of materials, tensioning machines, construction methods and so on. The conclusion was drawn that the phenomenon of broken wires occurs more often in box girder penetrated from top by tendons. Effective measures to avoid broken wires in prestressed tension of cast-in-place box girder's non- girder end were proposed, which provides reference for other projects.
