基于联系数伴随函数的区间数多属性决策

摘　　要：针对把集对分析联系数用于区间数多属性决策时会遇到联系数中i取值不确定问题,给出了一种合理规避i取值的区间数多属性决策新方法,先利用联系数的态势函数确定决策方案的态势排序,态势级别相同时利用联系数的势函数确定方案的优劣排序;势函数相同时再利用联系数的二阶全偏联系数确定方案的优劣排序;实例应用表明:该方法不仅合理规避了i取值难题,计算简便,而且同时兼顾了决策方案的当前状态评价和发展趋势评价,使决策更具合理性和可操作性。We will encounter the predicament to uncertainty value of i in connection number, when the connection number of set pair analysis used in multi-attribute decision-making. It gives a efficient method ： first, sorting by the situation function by connection number ; second, if the level of the situ- ation valu is same,sorting by potential function of connection number; third, if the level of potential function is same, sorting second order partial connection number. The application shows that this method is simple and effective, because it includes the evaluation both of the current and future.
