摘  要:在三个不同的环境下进行辣木育苗试验,通过分析育苗环境的异质性,育苗环境因子与出苗率及幼苗株高PCA空间排序,以期解析环境因子对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,环境因子变量信息可提取为两个主成分,第一主轴贡献率达到96%,第二主轴贡献率仅为4.0%,其中,第一主轴与土壤湿度、光照、昼夜温差有着很好的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.73、-0.77、-0.84,第二主轴与室内温度有着很好的负相关性,相关系数为-0.31;幼苗株高受环境因子影响显著(p<0.05),其中幼苗株高与土壤湿度呈显著正相关、与昼夜温差、光照、室内温度呈显著负相关,影响因子从大到小的顺序依次为昼夜温差、光照、土壤湿度、室内温度,出苗率受温度影响较为显著。因此,在苗期管理阶段,降低土壤湿度、调节光照、减小昼夜温差,适当降低室内温度对培育茁壮的定植苗是必要的。The trial of moringa oleifera seedling were carried out under three different environments. Data are analyzed by means of PCA (principal component analysis)tounderstand how relationship between environmental factors and seedling emergence rate, seedling height, the result showed that The variables information of environmental factorscan be extracted into two principal components, the first principal axis contribution rate is 96%, and the second principal axis contribution rate is only 4%. Among them, the first principal component are close with soil moisture content, light, day -night temperature difference, and the correlation coefficient are 0.73-0.77 and -0.84 respectively, the second principal component have a negative correlation with indoor temperature, and correlation coefficient is -0.31. Seedling height was significantly influenced by environmental factors (p〈0.05), the seedling height was significantly positive correlation with soil mositure, and were significantly negative correlation with the day- night temperature difference, light and indoor temperature, impact order of each factor from big to small was day-night temperature difference, light, soil moisture, indoor temperature; Germination rate considerably affected by temperature. So, during seedling stage, it is necessary to reduce the soil moisture, adjust light, reduce the temperature difference between day and night, decrease the indoor temperature for cuhivating healty and strong seedling.
