摘 要:随着社会的发展和科技的进步,大学生的思想观念和心理状况越来越趋于多元化、个性化和复杂化,新的问题和挑战不断涌现,传统的激励方式已不能很好地发挥效用,高校需要不断探索和创新学生激励方式和举措。基于此,试图在分析"ERG理论"核心原理的基础上,探究其在学生思想政治教育过程中的激励作用,有针对性地提出激励策略:生存需要激励、关系需要激励和成长需要激励,以便最大限度激发学生个体的潜能,更好的服务于学生的全面发展和成长成才。With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the ideological con- ceptions and psychological conditions of undergraduates are becoming more and more diversified, individualized and complicated. Some new problems and challenges are emerging constantly. The traditional incentive methods are no longer effective. To make it effective, the universities need to constantly explore and innovate student in- centives and initiatives. Based on this, the author attempts to explore its motivation role in the process of ideologi- cal and political education of students based on the analysis of the core principles of "ERG theory", and puts for- ward the motivation strategies in a targeted manner: the need for survival motivation, the need for relation motiva- tion and the need for growth motivation in order to maximize the potential of the individual students, to stimulate and to better serve the students' all-round development and growth.
