摘　　要：目的探讨HSP90α的表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测65例胃癌组织和100例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中HSP90α的表达,分析HSP90a的表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组患者的HSP90α阳性率高于癌旁正常组织(66.15%vs.29.00%,P<0.05);不同TMN分期、肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移胃癌组织的HSP90α阳性率表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HSP90α参与了胃癌的发生和发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of HSP90a and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of HSP90α in 65 gastric cancer tissues and 100 adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. The correlation between the expression of HSP90α and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of HSP90α in patients with gastric cancer was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues （66.15% vs.29.00%, P 〈 0.05）; The expression of HSP90α in gastric cancer tissues with different TMN stages, tumor size, differentiation, lymph node metastasis was different. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion HSP90α is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
