维药买朱尼治疗种植体周围炎前后牙周情况的变化

摘　　要：目的:研究维药买朱尼对种植体周围炎牙周情况的影响。方法:通过建立种植体周围炎的动物模型,建模成功后将实验动物随机分成三组:即维药买朱尼组、对照组及抗生素组。维药买朱尼组喂服维药买朱尼;对照组喂服同等剂量生理盐水;抗生素组喂服抗生素(阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片),连续喂服4周。监测3组的探诊深度(PD)、种植体周围龈沟液(PISF)的量及骨量[骨缺损宽度(DW)、骨缺损深度(DD)、牙槽嵴水平(BL)]的改变。结果:对照组分别与抗生素组和维药买朱尼组比较,在PD、PISF的量、DW、DD、BL指标下差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗生素组和维药买朱尼组在PD、PISF的量、DW、DD、BL指标下比较,差异均无统计学意义。抗生素组和维药买朱尼组的3个不同阶段(正常、炎症期、用药后)PD值和PISF的量均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:单纯使用维药买朱尼治疗种植体周围炎时,能较好的改善组织炎症,但骨缺损修复效果不理想。Objective： To study on the influence of speriodontal situation when Maizhuni in the peri-implantitis inflammation. Methods： To establish an animal model of per-implantitis in Beagle Dogs,after successful establishment of the model. They were randomly divided into three groups,that were Maizhuni group,blank control group and antibiotics group.Maizhuni group was given Maizhuni,the blank control group was given the same dose of normal saline. The antibiotic group was administrated with antibiotics（ Amoxicillin capsules and Metronidazole tablets）. By monitoring the parameter change of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL,in order to understand the Maizhuni treatment of peri-implantitis. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the index of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL content among three groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference between the antibiotic and maizhuni group in the index of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL content. Including normal,inflammation and drugs stages of antibiotic and maizhuni group,there was stat istically significant difference in in the index of PD and PISF content（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It can improve tissue inflammation,when simplly using the maizhuni treatment of peri-implantitis. However,the effect of bone defect repair is not ideal.
