“六位一体”藏医药高水平教学团队建设路径研究

摘　　要：建设教学团队是高校促进教师专业发展、推进教学改革、提高人才培养质量的重要措施。针对目前藏医药教学团队建设中存在的问题,采用文献法、分析法和演绎法相结合的研究方法进行研究,提出了构建藏医药高水平教学团队应遵循的原则,探索了以定位与目标为导向、以学科专业建设为平台、以课程建设为重点、以教师队伍建设为关键、以管理运行机制为保障以及团队文化建设为灵魂的"六位一体"藏医药高水平教学团队建设路径研究。"六位一体"的藏医药高水平教学团队建设虽然漫长,但其建设成效必将对高校办学实力、人才培养质量的提高起到深远地影响。To construct a teaching team is an important measure to improve the professional development of teachers, promote teaching reform and increase the quality of personnel training. The methods of documentation,analysis and deduction are used aiming at the current problems in construction of teaching team of Tibetan medicine. The principles are proposed for the construction of high level teaching team of Tibetan medicine, and six-in-one path is explored including orientation and aim construction as direction, discipline construction as platform, curriculum construction as emphasis, teacher troop construction as key, management system construction as guarantee and team culture construction as basis. Although the six-in-one construction road for high level teaching team of Tibetan medicine is long, the efficacy will have a profound impact on strength of running the university and personnel training quality.
