针灸学上机考试的组卷策略与效果分析

摘　　要：在网络题库建设的基础上,尝试在针灸学期末考试中采用上机考试。题型的选择与试题的分布既要与执业医师资格考试接轨,又要结合针灸学课程特点。结果显示:上机考试具有知识点覆盖面广、便于试题分析、题型与执业医师资格考试接轨、节约人力物力等优势,但也存在组卷难度加大及受机房数量所限难以大范围推广等问题。应进一步加强题库建设,采取更为灵活的上机考试方式,以促进学生的发展,支持学生的个性化学习和自主学习。Based on the construction of network question bank, computer examination is used tentatively in the final examination of acupuncture-moxibustion science. The choice of question types and distribution of examination questions be should not only in line with the physician qualification examination, but also be combined with the characteristics of the course of acupuncture-moxibustion science. The results show that computer examination has advantages such as covering a wider range of knowledge, easy to analyze questions, similar question types to physician qualification examination, and saving manpower and material resources. However, there are some problems such as the difficulty of generating test paper and limited number of computer rooms. Therefore, further strengthening the construction of question bank and taking a more flexible way for computer examination can promote the development of students, and support students＇ personalized learning and autonomous learning.
