在实践课中开设地方中医药文化课程的思考

摘　　要：中医药文化,既是文化也是一种无形的具有现实效益的资源。南阳地方中医药文化资源,主要有"医圣故里"、中医药种植基地、开放的中医药交易市场以及政府长期连续主办的全国性中医药文化节等。在南阳医专开设中医药文化实践课,既可以涵养现代医学生的医德医术,有助于培养现代技能型医学人才,也可以很好地传承古代优秀传统中医文化。在实践教学改革中,打破和淡化学科界限,重新组合,构建创新实验教程;寻求校企合作,设计仲景文化之旅;开设药用植物实地观摩练习,药材制作实地观摩练习等课程;观看弘扬中医文化内容的影片;编撰中医药文化系列实验教程教材,都是行之有效的具体措施。Chinese medicine culture is both culture and resource with real benefit. The local TCM cultural resources in Nanyang area include hometown of medical sage, planting base of Chinese herbal medicine, open trading market of Chinese medicine and long-term and continuous national cultural festival of TCM sponsored by local government. The practice courses of Chinese medicine culture is offered to cultivate medical ethics and skills in medical students, train modern skill-oriented personnel and inherit ancient excellent TCM culture in Nanyang Medical College. The effective concrete measures are used in practical teaching reform, such as constructing new experimentation, questing college-enterprise cooperation, designing Zhang Zhongjing＇s cultural tour, setting up observation courses of on-site medicinal plants and medical material processing, watching movies of carrying forward Chinese medicine culture, and compiling serious experimental textbooks.
