我国中医药成人继续教育现状信息分析及发展对策探微——以北京地区成人学历教育招生录取情况为例

摘　　要：目前中医药事业在国家的重视下得到了一定的发展,但仍然不能满足人民群众的基本要求,而中医药从业人员无论是高层次人才还是基层服务人才的培养都有待于进一步提高和完善。因此,在新时代、新政策的要求下,如何同时提高中医药人才培养的质与量,就成为了重中之重。通过阐述和分析中医药成人继续教育的发展现状以及出现的问题,对此提出了如下应对策略:提高认识,重视继续教育;丰富教学模式、教学资源,提高教学质量;丰富中医药师承临床学习的方式,提高临床实践经验的积累;建立继续教育学分管理系统,加强终身教育理念的实施。The undertaking of TCM has been developed under state attention at present, but it still cannot meet the basic needs of the masses. The training of TCM practitioners, whether high-level personnel or basic-level service personnel, needs to be further enhanced. The quality and quantity of TCM personnel become priority among priorities from demands by new era and new policy. Through explanation and analysis on developing situation and emerging problems in TCM adult continuing education, some countermeasures are proposed including promoted cognition, enhanced continuing education, enriched teaching mode and resources, improved teaching quality,abundant learning approaches in clinical inheritance, accumulated clinical experience, credit management system of continuing education and idea of lifelong education.
