艾迪注射液联合替吉奥与奥沙利铂化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期胃癌患者采用艾迪注射液联合替吉奥与奥沙利铂化疗(SOX方案)的临床疗效。方法 78例中晚期胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组给予替吉奥与奥沙利铂化疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用艾迪注射液,观察比较两组近期疗效、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平、卡氏(KPS)评分和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率64.10%高于对照组的41.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组KPS评分均显著高于治疗前,肿瘤标志物水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组周围神经毒性和白细胞减少率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于中晚期胃癌患者,在替吉奥联合奥沙利铂化疗的基础上辅佐艾迪注射液治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,减轻不良反应,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Addie injection combined with tegafur and oxaliplatin chemotherapy （SOX regimen） in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received tegafur and oxaliplatin chemotherapy, and the observation group also received Addle injection on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on short-term efficacy, tumor marker level, Karnofsky （KPS） score, and adverse reaction before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 64.10% than 41.03% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. After treatment, both groups had obviously higher KPS score than before treatment, and obviously lower tumor marker level than before treatment. The observation group was better than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower peripheral neurotoxicity and leucocyte reduction rate than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion For advanced gastric cancer patients, adjuvant treatment of Addie injection based on tegafur and oxaliplatin chemotherapy, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce adverse reaction, improve the quality of life of patients.
