摘　　要：本文针对规模化奶牛场运营管理的特点,以ISO9001:2015质量管理体系标准为指导,重点介绍了奶牛场建立原料奶质量安全管理体系的方法和步骤。通过组织奶牛场各个职能部门共同编制出质量手册、程序文件及作业指导书等体系文件后,在运行过程中注重质量记录、内审及管理评审,从中发现不合格项,并不断整改和持续改进,从而推动奶牛场原料奶质量安全水平的提高。According to the characteristics of operation and management of large-scale dairy farms, this study used ISO9001：2015 quality standards to establish raw milk quality and safety management system and steps on dairy farms. After writing quality manual, procedure documents and working instructions for different functional departments, and keeping record the operation process, internal audit and management review, the dairy farm manages found out the unqualified things, corrected and improved the operations, in order to promote the dairy quality and safety of raw milk.
