摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下，国际经济合作日益紧密，多方协作成为当今世界的主流，但随之而来的是牵涉多方的争议。对此，理论界提出了“合并仲裁”的争议解决方法。本文中，笔者拟就现有合并仲裁理论中存在的一些值得商榷的问题展开探讨，并在此基础上，尝试提出一套衡平各方利益的合并仲裁程序。In the background of economic globalization, interna- tional economic cooperation has become increasingly close, and multilat- eral cooperation has become the mainstream of the world today, but it brings the controversy involving many parties. In this regard, theorists have proposed the dispute settlement method of ＂consolidation of arbitra- tion＂. This article intends to discuss some existing issues in the theory of consolidated arbitration, and on this basis, try to put forward a set of procedures to balance the interests of different parties.
