盐酸舍曲林药物联合心理辅导治疗早泄及对患者性生活满意度影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸舍曲林联合心理辅导治疗早泄及对患者性生活满意度的影响。方法:选自我院于2014年9月至2016年9月期间收治的早泄患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组38例与对照组38例。对照组口服盐酸坦索罗辛,观察组在对照组基础上口服盐酸舍曲林片。两组疗程均为8周。两组同时进行心理辅导。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后性生活满意度、阴道内射精潜伏期、CIPE-5评分及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(73.69%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后患者性生活满意度和配偶性生活满意度评分增加,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后患者性生活满意度和配偶性生活满意度评分高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后阴道内射精潜伏期和CIPE-5评分增加,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴道内射精潜伏期和CIPE-5评分高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合心理辅导治疗早泄疗效明显,且可明显改善患者性生活满意度。Objectives： To investigate the effect of sertraline combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of premature ejaculation on life satisfaction of patients. Methods： 76 premature ejaculation patients admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,each of 38 cases. The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride,and on such basis the control group received oral administration of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets. Both the two groups were treated for 8 weeks and received psychological counseling. The sexual life satisfaction,vaginal ejaculation latency,CIPE-5 score,and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group（ 94. 74%） was higher than the control group（ 73. 69%）（ P〈0. 05）. In both groups,patients＇ life satisfaction and sexual life satisfaction score increased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,more significant in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In both the two groups,intravaginal ejaculation latency and CIPE-5 score increased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,more significant in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was of no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of premature ejaculation is obvious,which can significantly improve the life satisfaction of patients.
