摘　　要：笔者于2010年初从解放军总医院第一附属医院调至解放军第三○九医院（后称笔者单位），负责筹备和组建烧伤整形科，参与和负责实施了一个全新科室从筹备、开张、起步、发展至成熟的完整过程。这期间，有面临困难的艰辛，也有获得成功的喜悦。Discipline construction is a systematic project, covering clinic, teaching, scientific research, manage- ment, and humanity. Based on the perspective of innovation drive, from the aspects of discipline structure setting, specialize- d laboratory construction, sub-specialty formation, clinical char- acteristic and advantage formation, and management concept up- date, this article summarizes the growth process of Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery in the 309th Hospital of PLA.
