镇肝熄风汤加减结合康复及西药治疗中风后共济失调下肢功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察镇肝熄风汤加减结合康复及西药治疗中风后共济失调下肢功能障碍的疗效。方法:将2015年2月至2017年02月本院收治的60例中风后共济失调下肢功能障碍患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组用常规用药治疗及康复训练,观察组在常规用药治疗及康复训练的基础上增加镇肝熄风汤加减方剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效,观察治疗前、后神经功能缺损评分、中医证候评分及血液流变学指标的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、中医证候评分、血液流变学指标的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:镇肝熄风汤加减结合康复及西药治疗能够明显改善中风后共济失调下肢功能障碍患者的神经功能及中医证候积分,其疗效确切,治疗机制可能与改善血液流变学有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with western medicine and rehabilitation training on lower-limb dysfunction due to ataxia after stroke. Methods： From February 2015 to February 2017, sixty patients with ataxia after stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group re- ceived conventional therapy and rehabilitation training, and those in the observation group were treated as the controls with addition of Zhengan Xifeng decoction. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. The neurological function, TCM syndrome, and the hemorheology were observed before and after treatment. Re- suits： The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and TCM syndrome, and the indexes of hemorheology in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhengan Xifeng de- coction in combination of rehabilitation training and western medicine could effectively improve the neurologi- cal function and TCM syndrome in lower-limb dysfunction patients caused by stroke. This combination had a good curative effect, and the mechanism might be related to the improvement of hemorheology.
