摘  要:目的探讨护生视角下的临床学习环境,为改善临床学习效果提供参考依据。方法运用质性研究中Van Manen诠释现象学的研究法,于2016年6月根据研究目的抽取已结束8个月以上临床实习的护理本科学生50名,将50名护生分为8组,进行焦点小组访谈及深度个人访谈,对访谈资料进行录音,之后进行转换和分析。结果从访谈资料中提炼出3个主题:积极的临床学习环境、临床教师教学策略、护生临床实习中的焦虑。结论学校和医院应加强沟通与合作,对临床学习环境进行评价和监督,加强临床教师教学行为的培训,建立激励机制。临床工作人员应尊重学生,提高其归属感。Objective To explore clinical learning environment from perspective of nursing students, so as to provide reference for improving clinical learning outcomes. Methods With hermeneutic phenomenology method recommended by Van Manen in qualitative study, in June 2016, 50 undergraduate nursing students who had finished 8 months or longer clinical practice were selected according to purpose of this study, and were divided into 8 groups. Focus group interview and deep individual interview were conducted to the students, with the data tape-recorded, and later transformed and analyzed. Results Three themes were extracted from the interview data : positive clinical learning environment, teaching strategies of preceptors and anxiety of the nursing students during clinical practice. Conclusions Communication between the university and the hospital should be enhanced, clinical learning environment be evaluated and supervised, training on teaching behavior of clinical teachers be enhanced and incentive mechanism be established. Nursing students should be offered enough respect by clinical staff so that their sense of belongingness can be enhanced.
