摘  要:目的探索组织结构声学定量分析(acoustic structure quantification,ASQ)技术在乙肝肝硬化早期诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取50例健康体检者为健康对照组,40例经肝穿刺病理诊断证实为早期肝硬化的乙肝患者为实验组,采用ASQ技术对其肝脏超声图像进行定量分析。获取红蓝曲线、众数、均值、标准差及蓝红曲线下面积比等参数后进行数据分析。结果与健康对照组相比,实验组红色曲线不平滑,分布增宽,峰值后移,明显大于100%,蓝色曲线峰值和宽度均增加,曲线下面积显著增大。实验组的红线众数、红线均值、红线标准差、蓝线众数、蓝线均值、蓝线标准差、蓝红曲线下面积均显著大于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 ASQ技术能以无创、客观的参数成像方式对肝硬化的早期诊断提供依据。Objective To investigate the value of acoustic structure quantification technology (ASQ) in early diagnosis of liv- er cirrhosis. Methods 50 healthy volunteers and 40 early liver cirrhosis patients confirmed by liver biopsy were recruited. And their liver ultrasound images were analyzed to obtain the red and blue curves, mode, average, standard deviation, and FD ratio. Results The red curve of the experience group is rougher and broader than the healthy control group, and the peak is obviously exceeded 100%. The height, width and the area under the blue curve was significantly increased. The mode, average, standard deviation, and FD ratiois significantly greater in the experience group. Conclusion ASQ technology can diagnose liver cirrhosis earty,non-invasively and objectively, and have a great clinical significancefortimelymedicaltreatment.
