微信平台在缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信平台在缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防护理中的应用效果。方法:将150例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组护理过程中应用微信平台,两组均护理6个月,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理后健康生活行为评分均高于同组干预前,且观察组人际关系、压力应对、健康责任、精神成长及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后自我效能感评分均高于同组干预前,且观察组自理能力效能、照料效能、总分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组日常生活能力总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组再住院率、病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台护理在缺血性脑卒中二级预防护理干预中应用价值较高,能帮助患者建立健康生活行为,提高自我效能与日常生活能力,降低再住院率。Objective： To explore the effect of We Chat platform in the two stage prevention and nursing of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods： A total of 150 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into the control grouP〈0and the observation group,75 cases in each group. The control grouP〈0received routine nursing care,while the observation grouP〈0was applied We Chat platform in the nursing process. The two groups were all nursing for 6 months,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results： After the nursing intervention,the two groups＇ health life behavior scores are significantly higher than those in the same grouP〈0before the intervention,and the observation group＇s scores of interpersonal stress coping,health responsibility and spiritual growth and total scores were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈00. 05）. The two groups after nursing self-efficacy scores were higher than those in the same grouP〈0before the intervention,and the observation group＇ s scores of care efficacy and self-care efficacy,and total scores were significantly higher than the control group（ P〈00. 05）. The total excellent rate of daily living ability of the observation grouP〈0was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈00. 05）,and the rate of rehospitalization and mortality in the observation grouP〈0were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈00. 05）. Conclusion： We Chat platform nursing has high application value in the two level prevention and nursing intervention of ischemic stroke. It can helP〈0patients further establish healthy living behavior,improve their self-efficacy and daily living ability,and reduce re hospitalization rate.
