创业教育与创业人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：本文以吉林建筑大学大学生为对象,从大学生创业意识培养、创业课程体系改革、创业型师资队伍建设、创业教学方法改革、创业实践活动实施、创业实践基地建设和创业保障机制建立等方面,对创业教育与创业人才培养模式进行了探讨分析,所获结论对大学生创业具有重要的指导意义.College students in Jilin Jianzhu University used as the research object in this paper,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial talent training mode were discussed and analyzed from the following several aspects：college students＇ entrepreneurial awareness training,entrepreneurship curriculum system reform,construction of entrepreneurial teacher faculties,entrepreneurship teaching method reform,implementation of entrepreneurship practice activities,construction of entrepreneurship practice base and establishment of venture safeguard mechanism. The conclusions obtained by this paper is of important guiding significance for college students＇ entrepreneurship.
