摘　　要：为了加强对菜肴创新要素的理解,增强对菜肴创新实验数据的精确性收集,开发了烹饪机器人创新实验平台,介绍了平台的总体结构和应用流程,为实现对烹调要素的设计及技术调整,在平台上进行基础性和菜肴创新性实验。实验平台不仅可以应用于上述实验,还可用于提升学生的创新思维能力,形成的数据也可以成为菜肴创新开发的标准化基础。In order to strengthen the understanding of the elements of food innovation and enhance the accuracy of experimental data collection of dishes,the experimental platform of innovative cooking robot was developed. The overall structure and application flow of the cooking platform were introduced. In order to realize the design and technical adjustment of cooking elements,The platform for basic and innovative dishes experiment. The experimental platform can not only be applied to the above experiments,but also be used to enhance students＇ innovative thinking ability.The formed data can also become the standardization foundation for the innovation and development of dishes.
