经济发展新常态下职业教育发展方式的转变

摘　　要：我国经济已经进入一个新的常态化发展阶段,以数量导向型为显著特征的职业教育模式越来越不符合经济新常态的要求。职业院校要想寻求新的突破,必须转变发展方式,由外延建设向内涵建设过渡,从速度型向质量效益型转变,由粗放管理向精细化管理转变。China's economy has entered a new stage of normalization. The occupation education mode to quantity oriented characteristics of the new economic norm does not meet the requirements. The author thinks that the occupation colleges want to seek new breakthrough,should adopt three measures,the first is to change the development mode by extension to the construction of connotation construction,followed by the change from quantity to quality and efficiency of the speed,the last one is to change from extensive management to fine management.
