芽孢染色实验中枯草杆菌最佳培养条件探索

摘　　要：芽孢染色所需菌种的菌龄极为关键,通过评估不同温度和时间处理下的芽孢成熟度,找到能够培养出最佳菌龄的枯草杆菌的培养条件。实验结果表明:在35℃培养42~48h或37℃培养36~42h的条件下,最适宜观察枯草杆菌的芽孢形成过程。该研究使学生更容易观察到芽孢形成各个阶段的形态特征,并为微生物实验教学的准备工作提供了参考数据。The age of the bacteria required for the spore staining is crucial.By evaluating the spore maturity at different temperatures and times,the culturing conditions for the best Bacillus subtilis are found.The experimental results show that the best form of Bacillus subtilis spore formation can be most suitably observed under the culturing conditions of 42—48 hat 35℃ or 36—42 hat 37℃.This research helps students to easily observe the morphological characteristics of spore formation at various stages and provides reference data for the preparation of microbiological experimental teaching.
