摘　　要：以首都师范大学近几年教学实验室的建设、资金投入、效益评价为基础,分析了目前教学实验室在规划、管理和投入产出绩效目标中存在的若干普遍性问题;从教学实验室的管理体制、校企合作、队伍建设等方面,介绍了该校教学实验室建设概况及成果。Based on the construction,investment and efficiency evaluation of the teaching laboratory in Capital Normal University in recent years,some common problems existing in the planning,management and inputoutput performance objective of the current teaching laboratory are analyzed,and from the aspects of the management mechanism,university-enterprise cooperation,team construction,etc.,the general situation and achievements of the construction of the teaching laboratory in this university are introduced.
