摘　　要：针对实验室开放创新出现的新问题,在分析研究型实验室安全特点的基础上,从创新管理思路、细化管理制度、强化网络信息管理角度出发,尝试矩阵管理和"互联网+"信息化管理新思路,实现人、物、事、环境全方位的立体化管理,探索具有针对性、时效性、创新性的可视化、信息化、可操作的实验室安全管理模式。In view of the new problems emerging in the laboratory opening and innovation,on the basis of the safety characteristics of the research-oriented laboratory,and from the perspective of innovating the management idea,refining the management system and strengthening the network information management,the attempt is made for the new idea of the matrix management and "Internet+"information management so that the all-round stereoscopic management for people,physical things,affairs and environment is realized and a visual,informational and operable model of the laboratory safety management with the pertinence,timeliness and innovation is explored.
