摘 要:目的:探讨综合性干预治疗措施对于晚期肺癌患者的临床治疗效果和相关影响因素的分析。方法:选取70例晚期肺癌的患者,均经放疗、化疗、中药扶正、靶向分子等综合治疗措施进行治疗,观察综合性干预治疗措施的临床效果,采用单因素分析法分析肺癌患者综合性干预治疗后远期临床疗效的影响因素,采用多因素Cox回归分析法分析单因素分析中认为对肺癌患者远期疗效具有影响的因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示:无恶性胸水、无放疗、病理类型为鳞癌、既往的化疗方式为:辅助+解救化疗、使用过靶向分子药物治疗、卡氏评分≥70分、转移器官的个数少是影响综合性干预治疗晚期肺癌患者临床疗效的因素(P<0.05),多因素Cox回归分析结果:转移器官个数为0~1个、无恶性胸水、使用过靶向分子药物治疗是影响晚期肺癌患者远期临床疗效的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论:采用综合性干预治疗措施治疗晚期肺癌患者能够获得较为满意的生存时间,使用靶向分子药物进行晚期肺癌患者的治疗是一种非常具有潜力的治疗模式。Objective:To explore the comprehensive treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer in patients with clinical treatment and analysis of the relevant factors.Methods:All the patients were treated with radiotherapy,chemotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine,targeting molecules and other comprehensive treatment measures to observe the clinical effect of comprehensive intervention measures,the use of univariate analysis of lung cancer patients comprehensive The factors influencing the long-term outcome of lung cancer patients were analyzed,by multivariate Cox regression analysis in the univariate analysis of the influential factors of long-term clinical efficacy after intervention.Results:Univariate analysis showed that:no malignant pleural effusion,no radiotherapy,pathological type of squamous cell carcinoma,the previous chemotherapy:auxiliary+rescue chemotherapy,the use of targeted molecular drug therapy,card score of not less than 70 points,the transfer of organs(P <0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the number of metastatic organs was 0 to 1,no malignant pleural effusion,and targeted drug therapy have protective effect of long-term clinical efficacy in patients with advanced lung cancer(P <0.05).Conclusion:The use of a comprehensive intervention therapy in patients with advanced lung cancer can achieve a more satisfactory survival time,the use of targeted molecular drugs for advanced lung cancer treatment is a very promising treatment model.
