补肾通窍中药联合针刺治疗帕金森综合征痰瘀阻络证疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾通窍中药联合针刺治疗帕金森综合征痰瘀阻络证疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法将110例帕金森综合征痰瘀阻络证患者随机分为2组,对照组55例给予卡比多巴治疗,观察组55例在此基础上加用补肾通窍中药联合针刺治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、帕金森综合征评定量表(UPDRS)评分、帕金森综合征生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平变化情况,统计2组近期疗效。结果 2组治疗后表情呆板、肢体或头颤振、肢体拘痉、上肢协调不能、步态拖拉及言语蹇涩积分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项积分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、IL-1β、IL-6及MDA水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),SOD水平显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组近期治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾通窍中药联合针刺治疗帕金森综合征痰瘀阻络证可有效缓解临床症状,改善心理状态,提高日常生活质量,降低炎性细胞因子水平,并有助于调节氧化应激指标。Objective It is to observe the effect of traditional Chinese drugs for Bushen Tongqiao combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and its influence on oxidative stress index. Methods 110 cases of Parkinson syndrome patients with phlegm and stasis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. 55 patients in the control group were treated with Carbidopa,and 55 patients in the observation group with traditional Chinese drugs for Bushen Tongqiao combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group. TCM syndrome integral,Parkinson syndrome Rating Scale( UPDRS) score,Parkinson syndrome quality of life scale( PDQ-39) score,self rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) score,self rating Depression Scale( SDS) score,and the levels of interleukin-1β( IL-1β),interleukin-6( IL-6),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and malondialdehyde( MDA) in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,the short-term effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment,the scores of witless expression,limbs or head tremor,limbs spasm,Upper limb incongruity,gait dragging,paralalia were significantly lower than before treatment( all P < 0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( all P < 0. 05). The scores of UPDRS,PDQ-39,SAS,SDS,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and MDA were significantly decreased but the level of SOD was significantly increasedin the two groups( all P < 0. 05),and the improvement of all indexes after treatment in the observation group was better than that of the control group significantly( P <0. 05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese drugs for Bushen Tongqiao combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the mental state,elevate the quality of daily life,reduce the
