论高校科技成果转化中存在的问题及其对策——兼谈美国的相关举措及启示

摘　　要：针对我国高校科技成果转化过程中存在政策支撑体系不完善和高校科技成果的供给与企业需求存在信息偏差等问题,通过对美国促进高校科技成果转化机制建立和演变历程的回顾,分析总结了美国的经验与启示,提出了建立多层治理的科技管理体制和提高高校内部科技治理能力等的对策建议。In order to solve the problems existing in the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in China such as imperfect policy support system and information deviation between the supply and enterprise's demands,this paper,based on the review of the establishment and evolution of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in the United States,analyzes and summarizes their successful experience and also,puts forward some suggestions on how to establish a multilevel management system and improve the ability of science and technology management in universities.
