D-二聚体联合细胞免疫标志物检测在早期胃癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：胃癌(Gastric cancer,GC)是危害人类健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一。早期胃癌(Early gastric cancer,EGC)的生存率要远高于进展期胃癌,因此,提高EGC的检出率是提高GC患者生存率的关键。EGC患者体内D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)水平明显高于健康人,因此D-D可以作为EGC诊断的预警指标;EGC患者外周血中CD3+、CD4+水平下降、CD8+水平上升,检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群可用于EGC患者的细胞免疫功能检测,进而判断GC的良恶性质,因此细胞免疫可作为EGC诊断的辅助手段。本文就D-D联合细胞免疫在EGC诊断的应用前景进行综述。Gastric cancer( GC) is one of the common malignant tumors that endangers human health. The survival rate of early gastric cancer( EGC) is much higher than advanced gastric cancer. Therefore,improving the detection rate of EGC is the key to improve the survival rate of the GC patients. Due to higher level of D-dimer( D-D) in the EGC patients than in the healthy people,so it can be used as an early-warning index of EGC. At the same time,the CD3+and CD4+levels in the peripheral blood of the EGC patients decrease,while the CD8+level increases. Therefore,the T-lymphocyte detection in the in the peripheral blood can monitor the cellular immunity function to judge malignant extent of GC,and the cellular immunity could be as an auxiliary mean for the diagnosis of EGC. The application prospect of D-dimer combined with cellular immunity in the diagnosis of EGC is summarized in this article.
