摘　　要：卞之琳是一位成就卓著的莎学家,其专著《莎士比亚悲剧论痕》是他一生研究莎剧的标志性成果。他借鉴苏联马克思主义莎学理论,运用马克思辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义指导自己的莎学研究。他在莎学研究中还坚持阶级分析方法,打上了深深的时代烙印。尽管卞之琳的莎学研究受到时代与历史的局限,但其中蕴涵着许多真知灼见,具有很高的学术价值。Bian Zhilin is an expert in the study of Shakespeare. His treatise On Shakespeare＇s Tragedies can best show his great achievements in this aspect. He learned from the Shakespeare experts of the former Soviet Union who stuck to Marxism, using dialectical materialism and historical materialism to guide his study of Shakespeare. He also resorted to the method of class analysis in his study, which is characteristic of the specific period. Despite its inadequacies,Bian Zhilin’s study of Shakespeare is of great scholastic value because of its profound and penetrating views.
