摘 要:选取山西农业大学不同区域生长的月季,对其病情指数进行调查,同时设置不同温度梯度进行月季白粉病菌孢子萌发培养试验,显微观测其白粉病菌孢子的萌发动态。结果表明,月季白粉病孢子萌发的最适温度为32℃;栽培区域位于A(N 37.424°,E 112.579°),B(N 37.422°,E 112.584°)和C(N 37.422°,E 112.580°)的月季感病程度分别为中抗(MR)、抗病(R)和高抗(VR)。研究可为了解月季白粉病发生机理提供理论基础,对筛选抗白粉病月季品种和指导月季栽培管理、白粉病防治具有重要实践意义。In this experiment,Rosa hybrida was selected from different regions as the test material,and the disease index was investigated.Meanwhile,different temperature gradients were used to prepare spore germination culture experiment for powdery mildew of Rosa hybrida,and the germination dynamics of powdery mildew was observed by microscope.The results showed that the optimum temperature for germination of rose powdery mildew was 32 ℃.The degree of disease susceptibility on rose in cultivated area A(N37.424°,E 112.579°),B(N 37.422°,E 112.584°)and C(N 37.422°,E 112.580°)were moderate resistance(MR),resistance(R),high resitance(HR).This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the occurrence mechanism of rose powdery mildew,and has important practical significance for screening and breeding of Rosa hybrida varieties and guiding the cultivation management and powdery mildew control of rose.
