摘　　要：现有研究关注政治关联的前因后果较为丰富,但将政治关联视为外部调节因素的研究仍十分有限。值得探究的问题是:政治关联能否使企业从创新战略中获益?更具体地,在创新战略与创新绩效之间,政治关联是否起到正向调节作用?依据社会资本理论,文章实证检验了不同维度政治关联对创新战略与创新绩效之间的调节机制。采用中国创业板上市公司2009-2013年数据,实证分析表明:政治关联各维度变量对创新战略与创新绩效之间的正向关系起到正向调节作用。结果表明,政治关联促进了企业创新活动,这具有重要的理论意义和管理启示。The existing research focuses on the antecedents and consequences of political connections rather abundantly,but the research on the political connections as external adjustment factors is still very limited.The question is :can political connections benefit companies from innovation strategies? More specifically,do political connections play a positive regulatory role between innovation strategy and innovation performance? Based on the theory of social capital,this paper empirically tests the mechanism of adjustment between innovation strategy and innovation performance.Using the data from 2009 to 2013 of GEM,the empirical analysis shows that political connections play a positive role in regulating the positive relationship between innovation strategy and innovation performance.The results show that the political connection promotes the innovation activities of enterprises.It has important theoretical significance and management enlightenment.
