摘  要:对某燃气轮机的旋流预混燃烧室进行数值模拟研究,主要研究旋流器通道宽度对燃烧室内流场、温度场及NOx排放的影响,从流线角度刻画回流区形态,从而解释速度场与温度场的耦合关系。结果表明:随着旋流器通道宽度的增大,燃烧室流场中轴向速度、回流速度及回流区的面积均变小,因而可以判断回流强度减弱;火焰与回流区的相对位置对燃烧室内的温度分布影响很大,当大量热释放发生在回流区回流开始位置之后时,回流区顶端的中轴线附近就会发生热量积聚,形成大面积的高温区;生成NOx同时需要高温和高氧环境两个条件,随着旋流器通道宽度变大,燃烧室出口NOx摩尔分数上升。Numerical study on swirl premixed combustion chamber of a gas turbine was carried out. The influence of the cyclone channel width on flow field, temperature field and nitrogen oxide emission in the combustion chamber was mainly investigated. The reflow area is described from the perspective of streamline to explain the coupling relationship between the velocity field and the temperature field. The results show that, with an increase in the width of the cyclone channel, all the axial velocity, reflux velocity and recirculation zone area turns smaller in the flow field, so the reflow strength can be judged to be weakened. The relative position of the flame and the return zone has a great influence on the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber. When a large amount of heat release occurs after the return start position in the recirculation zone, heat accumulation occurs near the central axis of the top of the recirculation zone to form a large high temperature area. The formation of NOx requires both high temperature and high oxygen concentration conditions, and as the cyclone channel width becomes larger, the NO concentration at the burner outlet increases.
