摘  要:对开坯轧制钛板成材率低的原因进行分析,发现钛板成材率的主要影响因素是烧损、边部折叠、头尾部折叠及镰刀弯。结合实际生产情况提出延长加热时间、优化轧制工艺等措施。措施实施后,开坯轧制钛板成材率由原来的81%提升到现在的89%以上,大幅度降低了钛板生产成本。The study analyzes the causes of low yield ratio of titanium plate rolled from ingot, and finds out that the major factors affecting the yield ratio of titanium plate are burning loss, edge folding, head and tail folding and camber. The measures to extend reheating time and to optimize rolling process are put forward on the basis of actual production. The application reveals that the yield ratio of titanium plate rolled from ingot is increased from the previous 81% to the current 89% and over after applying the optimized reheating and rolling process. The production cost is greatly decreased.
